Shipping Policy
Placing your order.
In the case that we accept your order, we will notify you by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail. This confirmation is binding at the time we send it to you. If we cannot accept your order, we will try to contact you by phone or email.
Delivery
We will deliver the products listed on your order confirmation. RLX outdoor cannot be held liable in any way for errors made by the customer regarding the delivery or billing address and for any late deliveries or inability to deliver the products ordered as a result of that error.
When a product is in stock, it will be delivered to your delivery address within 5-7 business days.
When a product is out of stock, it will be delivered to your delivery address within 1-2 months.
If we cannot deliver within the agreed time, you will receive a notification before the delivery period expires. If we do not deliver within the agreed time, you may decide to cancel your order and you will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.We cannot be held liable for consequential damages due to late delivery or non-delivery by the courier service we use.

Step 2 :
Upon receipt we check the items for damage within 14 days. If everything is in order we proceed to a refund, exchange or a credit note.
To which countries do you ship?
We ship to all EU countries. Please reach out to us to find out shipping rates to your home country.
What if the cushions I love, are no longer available?
Most likely its stock will be refilled soon. Please contact us via hello@rlx-outdoor.be and we will help you further.
When will my order arrive?
The day before delivery, you’ll receive a track & trace code, to inform you about the timeslot for delivery. If you have a more specific question you can always e-mail us on hello@rlx-outdoor.be
Can i receive an invoice?
Yes you can. Please send us an e-mail to hello@rlx-outdoor.be with your billing information and we will share the invoice with you.
